Among the reunion gatherings, campus tours, and awards events happening over the course of the three days, here are five reasons to love (and attend) Alumni Weekend.
1. Welcome Home Happy Hour 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, Sept. 22, Terrace at Tepas Commons (Donald E. Bain Campus Center) Enjoy food and live music. If your graduation year ends in a 3 or an 8, reunion gathering areas will be set up for you and your classmates!
2. 75th Anniversary Gallery Exhibit Opening Celebration 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 23, Patricia O’Keefe Ross Gallery in the Joseph S. Skalny Welcome Center Immerse yourself in 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· history at the opening of the “91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· Then and Now: 75 Years of Transformation” Exhibit and Opening Reception, in honor of the University’s 75th anniversary.
3. 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· for Life Carnival 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 23, Campus Center Quad Carnival games and snacks for all ages.
4. Football and 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· Alumni Village 3 p.m. (Kickoff at 4 p.m.), Saturday, Sept. 23, Growney Stadium It’s football, food, and fun at the 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· Alumni Village!
