04/05/2024 - On Tuesday, April 2, St. John 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· University hosted the New York Business Plan Regional Competition, an annual event providing entrepreneurial students a platform to compete against peers from neighboring colleges and universities.
03/28/2024 - St. John 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· University will celebrate the achievements of alumni and students during the 34th Annual Accounting Awards Celebration on Tuesday, April 23, at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center. A networking reception will begin at 5 p.m. with the dinner and program beginning at 6 p.m.
03/28/2024 - During the Fall Qualifier of Certiport’s 2024 Microsoft Office Specialist United States National Championship, eight St. John 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· University students secured positions in the top 10.
03/21/2024 - Entrepreneurship Week at St. John 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· University will feature a range of events, competitions, and opportunities tailored to support budding entrepreneurs. The event will kick off on Monday, April 1, and draw to a close on Friday, April 5 under the guidance of 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ·’s Entrepreneur-in-Residence, Dr. Chantz Miles, Rebecca Pelino Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Visiting Assistant Professor at the School of Business.
03/19/2024 - On Tuesday, March 12, the Family Business Program honored Cornell’s Jewelers with its 100-Year Legacy Award during its “Successful Successions: Learning from Rochester Family Firm Leaders and Their Journey to the Top” event. This prestigious award recognizes family firms that have demonstrated resiliency within the Rochester business community.
03/18/2024 - The next student to be featured in our “Countdown to Commencement” series is Khalid Lockhart, a marketing major with a minor in economics. Lockhart was nominated by Dr. Marlowe Washington, senior diversity officer.
03/13/2024 - The submission period for students, faculty, and staff to share research or creative work at the 2024 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· Showcase is open. Now in its second year, the 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· Showcase combines the former Student Research and Creative Work Symposium with the 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· Scholarship Celebration to highlight the academic pursuits of the entire campus community.
03/12/2024 - More than 90 employers will be on campus during the largest-ever Spring Career Fest, scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, in the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Athletic Center Fieldhouse.
